I ordered a ladies thermal suit from an online store " women's fasion store usa ".i got the wrong colour and they mention it a s free sized item but it hardly fits to a xxs sizes. contacted them but the ignored the calls and receive,read and ignore the whatsapp
masg,didn't reply the email.what should i do now.i ordered them as they mentioned them they ate shopify power store.

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, it would be best to reach out to the business that you have made a purchase from and bring this to their attention. However, if you are unable to get in touch with the business - I would suggest on speaking with your bank or credit company (depending on how you made the purchase) and bring this to their attention. They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve the funds for your purchase.
