I’m reaching out because I’ve been facing an extremely frustrating situation. My account was suspended without any notice, and despite repeated attempts to get a clear response from Shopify Support, I keep receiving vague replies about reviews with no real explanation or resolution.
I’ve already contacted support multiple times, but it feels like my issue is being pushed around with no urgency or clarity on how long this review process will take. I’ve asked for more details, but the responses are always the same, leaving me in the dark.
I’m now wondering: How can I make a formal complaint about this process? Is there an official way to escalate this beyond standard support? I feel like my issue isn’t being handled properly, and I need to ensure that this is looked into more seriously.

thanks for your reply , I already make a few case for this situation . and contact with online chat few time. but they just give me a case ID . and still did not get any respond via my case now . This isn’t the first time I’ve been told to wait for updates—and I’ve been patient long enough.
