How to sell a LED rejuvenation machine to local small business?

 I have an LED Rejuvenation machine I bought that it says the brand is from Aus Med or Australia Medicine large size for spa just for the face. It's Red Infrared light very effective on me. How can I sell it to people I don't know in local businesses?? Please I tried on my own and since the people didn't know me it didn't work.
