I run a website https://nordicvineyards.com/ and we sell Scandinavian wine all over the world. The site is in english and in german. Optimised with SEMrush for SEO.
What would be the biggest thing to focus on builing traffic? I am thinking of out translating it to all languages possible(which is an ok fee in shopify). I have the domains and trademarks to use other top level domains.
Any feedback ?

Organize the header section with minimizing empty space, so that rest of the page flows better.
Make a Header sticky for easy navigation. It helps customer to access menu at any time they want.
Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.
Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You also should make the hero banner simple and straightforward to instantly captivate visitors. So it would be better if you should clearly products you provide on it. Makes users know which product you are having in the first 5 seconds they see the banner.

Also, the text put in banner is too long and doesn't stand out. You should use a short and concise sentence, consider using another font.
3. Show of categories on your store
Show collections in your store is a good idea to help visitors have an overview of kinds of product you are selling. If customers want to buy any product, they can click on the collection of that product.

4. Call to action
Here you should use a Call to action button instead these texts. It is short and goes straight to what you want. It can be "See all", "See full collection"... It can help increase conversion rate.
5. Show product reviews/ testimonials
People love proof, especially when they visit a store and see many good reviews, they will be willing to shop! So you should add testimonial/product reviews on your store. You can check this guide to know more about its benefits and how to make it effective.

We only have about 30-40 visits a day so it is much about driving traffic using SEO inkluding good content and backlinks. But UX design can be improved. If you have any advise how to get backlinks that are not black hat please adivse.
As the climate is changing the rich fields of south of Sweden is adapting to more wine producers. It wil be a great journey to introduce Swedish wine to the world.
