Feedback for your online store from the community
Ive had hundreds of visitors on my site the last couple of months but they are just not converting. I have tried EVERYTHING that I can think of- facebook ads, posting on social media regularly, sales & promotions but still crickets. Im thinking maybe my website theme and design need to be changed and optimized. I would so appreciate any feedback anyone has on what I can be doing better and if there is anything on my website I should change.

1. Make the header sticky
Sticky headers allow customers to easily access menu navigation regardless if they scroll down or up on your page. If you set this, it will help visitors save time to scroll and enhance the overall user experience.
2. Consider changing the hero banner
Based on my experience, the hero image should be simple and avoid using distracting elements and clutter that may divert attention from the main content. It's better to use an image having a simple background that clearly represents your products.
3. Add “Add to cart” button to have higher conversion rate
One of effective ways to improve higher conversion rates is adding a prominent call-to-action (CTA) button on every product in the product list. This shortcut allows potential customers to make quick purchases without the need for additional clicks to access detailed product information.
You can refer to how a well-know brand such as Colourpop applying this:
4. Ensure consistency for blog post section
For the blog post section, try to use the same size for all of the items. This will make your store look professional and more organized.
5. Create promotion campaign for the upcoming events
I have noticed that your product doesn't have any sales promotion at the moment. This is an opportune time for you to take advantage of the upcoming shopping holiday such as Black Friday or Christmas to boost your sales . The more people reach out, the more famous your brand is. Here are some suggestions I recommend for your store:
