Hyperlinks not redirecting in rich text section on my page

Hi, I have issues with my hyperlink working in my page for products but it works fine in my shipping policy. It is the same url but at a different location in my website.

I am San from MS Web Designer.

Go to Themes > customize > go to that section and place this below CSS

.content-container--full-width:after{display:none !important;}
