I have now dealt with two fraudulent sellers on Shopify and there’s no way for me to rectify the situation because they’ve taken down their pages and you require a URL link in order for me to fill out the damn form and there is no URL link! I’m getting really frustrated because I tried emailing support and got a response that you don’t take emails anymore and all the support seems to be for sellers and no support for buyers were dealing with fraudulent sellers. I’m about to submit a claim with the Better Business Bureau if somebody doesn’t contact me immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous that there’s no way for me to get a refund because you were choir 30 days and both sellers took their platforms down within those 30 days

I have the same problem.  I eventually found and signed up on some complaints site but have yet to receive a response.

I guess all we have to do is set up a convincing looking “shop”, take orders for a couple of weeks, and then close the shop.  Shopify will thereafter make sure that no unhappy customers bother us.

Thank you for these comments I work for resorts and was curious about shopify, I am actually not never going to look at anything, that's so bad for a company to treat or not help situations like this.

I have the same exact issue as you. I cannot believe that Shopify is a legitimate company let alone a publicly traded one with a $85Billion market cap.  I already contacted the BBB but not sure where that will go.  I really hope/can't wait for the class action lawsuit coming for Shopify and hope to be a part of it.

For reasons like this, this must be why Amazon focuses so much on customer service, that's unacceptable
