Feedback for your online store from the community
I have been running Facebook ads for a while and I'm sure I'm targeting the right people but I have 0 conversions in any category. I've looked around and I'm concerned it boils down to selling expensive produts but not having the images nor site to match it. I am not sure though, please provide me with some feedback on what is possibly preventing me from getting sales.

Congrats on your new store! Great product that you are offering, I love it. But if you are conducting ads, the design of your stores needs some improvements. From my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some advice to make your store more stunning & help you better convert.
1. Invest more for the hero banner of homepage
The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. As I can notice now, the current banner may cause visitors confusing feelings, due to those reasons:
Invest more on the hero image and content to attract visitors at the first glance & add a level of professionalism.

2. Improve main menu bar
Your current menu bar is very small to notice and disappear when the users scroll down the site. You should expand the menu so that it's highly visible and also make it sticky to the top of the page.
By ensuring that users can easily navigate, sticky menus can help keep users engaged with your content. They're more likely to explore different sections of your site if they can easily access the menu at any point, potentially increasing the time they spend on your site.
3. Make an integrated styling for the site
Use a unified font, size & other styling for heading, subheading & paragraph to display your content. It would increase the professionalism & UI of the site.

4. Add About Us section
We cater to humanistic shoppers, who will seek out who is BEHIND the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand & highlight how you differentiate from other competitors.

5. Optimize your product description display
Your product description is very lengthy. Consider compressing it into accordions / content tab (collapsible content tabs) so that your product pages look better-structured & the shoppers' experience is enhanced.
Also, your product images can be better showcase using other layout which save time scrolling & make them more stunning.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. I am quite confused on the difference between google business profile and google merchant center and what their uses are?
Google Business Profile is how you get your business to show up in Google Search. Google Merchant Center is how you get your products to show up in Google Shopping (both paid and organic listings).

So would I have to re list my products on google business?
Products don't go on Google Business, your Business Details do. There's lots of videos available to be able to help you out. Customize Product Description: Make product descriptions clear and organized by structuring them with headings. This allows customers to navigate and find information easily. Refer to the example below:
Moreover, providing multiple images of the product can help stimulate interest and encourage purchases. I recommend including images from various angles, close-ups, and lifestyle shots to give users a comprehensive view of the product.
3. Support
So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
