Feedback for your online store from the community
I've been receiving about 60-70 visitors daily. I've always had just a little over 1,000 visitors in the part month with zero sales, I pay for daily Ads, run sales, have discounts for new customers. I have been researching and watching videos and doing everything I can to help my conversion rate go up. If someone can check out my website and let me know what I need to change or add or any tips that would be so helpful! Thank you so much in advance ☺️!
My website is: Laceandgracerosary.com
Do you get at least some add to carts? Looks like your product is quite expensive for how the images and the description look like - that would be my first bet. Put a promotion to something around 15-20 usd and see how it goes to test this hypothesis.
No add to carts. But I have been trying to find how to how to quality of the products in my photos but I'm having a hard time. If I bring it down to $15 I wouldn't even be breaking even.
Hi,
One thing that you can do is move your text down and have an image that shows all your best products to replace the text. Then, you can use an app such as Shoppable Image Hotspots to add links to the product pages in the image.
With links in the images, visitors have to take one less action to buy a product, this will help you get sales.
I will definitely give that a try! Thank you!
Hi @Whe,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Your store has quite enough essential information. However, if you want to make it more convertible, please check my recommendations below.
1. Resize the header section
The header section is taking up too much space on your website and can hinder other sections' visibility. I suggest that you make the width shorter.
2. Add a hero section
The hero section is the first thing visitors see and it sets the tone for the entire experience of your web visitors. It plays a key role in converting more sales from your customers too!
Try to take advantage of this by adding these elements:
Here’s a good example:
3. Refine the footer section
The footer is often overlooked, but it's a valuable piece that can significantly enhance user experience and boost your website's effectiveness.
To optimize this, consider displaying contact information, including your address, phone number, and email to the footer, instead of redirecting your visitors to another page.
Besides, adding social media icons and links to your social media profiles is another way to
4. Add an FAQ page
A comprehensive FAQ page can significantly improve sales by addressing common customer concerns and streamlining the purchase process. You're not just providing information but you're actively addressing barriers to purchase, building trust, and creating a smoother shopping experience through the FAQs.
I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free live chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to boost the conversion rate. I have viewed your site and hope our expertise can help you.
First of all, it’s really good that your website includes a clean and elegant design, brand stories, and a customer review section. To help you gain more sales, I would suggest to start from the following aspects:
On the other hand, since you’re already running ads but not seeing sales, launching retargeting ads for your store could be a game-changer. It allows you to reach out to recent visitors who may have shown interest but didn’t convert. By displaying targeted ads to these potential customers, you can remind them of your products and encourage them to return and complete their purchases. Combining these tactics with ongoing A/B testing will help you identify what resonates best with your audience and ultimately boost your sales. To help you launch retargeting ads, you can checkout our app Ako marketing app, which is designed to help merchants with retargeting ads and loyalty program.
Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don't forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hi @Whe
I checked your store and found a few things to improve usability, trust, and potentially sales:
Reduce header height: It’s too big and takes up 20% of the screen. Shrink the logo to focus more on your products.
Show popular products earlier: Move recommended items under the hero header so visitors see them right away.
Resize product cards: They’re too large and distracting. Make them smaller and add hover zoom for better focus.
Add trusted reviews: Your reviews section is great! If you have Google or Trustpilot reviews, include those to boost trust.
Simplify features section: Shorten the text to make it more concise.
Fix the “Get 10% OFF” popup: Ensure it can be closed properly (I couldn't close it, clicking on X). Spammy popups distract from your products.
I hope my advices help you. Best of luck with your business!
Thank you so much for this feed back! I really appreciate and I will get on this!
Hi @Whe
Thanks for sharing your website, Laceandgracerosary.com. I took a good look, and I’ll point out some actionable feedback that might help you convert those visitors into sales. You’ve put a lot of effort into your business, and that’s great! Let’s dive into some areas you could tweak to improve your conversion rate:
1-Product Descriptions:
2-Images:
3-Reviews:
If you're getting 60–70 visitors daily with no sales, it might also be about traffic quality.
Here’s a quick code example for a popup to boost conversions. You can try adding something like this:
<div class="popup">
<h3>Welcome to Lace and Grace Rosary!</h3>
<p>Sign up now to get 10% OFF your first order and exclusive updates.</p>
<form action="/subscribe" method="post">
<input type="email" name="email" placeholder="Enter your email" required>
<button type="submit">Get My Discount</button>
</form>
</div>
This kind of popup can help grow your email list while incentivizing purchases.
You’ve already got the foundational pieces, but small tweaks in design, storytelling, and trust-building elements can make a big difference. Remember to track your site’s analytics, refine your ad targeting, and keep testing new strategies.
If you need any other assistance, feel free to reply and I will try my best to help.
Best regards,
Daisy
