Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi @Jserey ,
This is Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
Your store looks stunning, and I can tell you've put in a lot of effort. I love how you have a hover effect where necessary (for product media, buttons), how you highlight the prices to show the discount and the amazing colors. The styling of the page is visually attractive.
I understand that experiencing low conversion rates can be frustrating. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
I. HOMEPAGE
1. Add ratings to your products
When customers browse your page, they will find star ratings useful. This lets them know what products are trending and getting positive feedback from similar buyers.
2. Use swatches as selector for color variations
Users who cannot easily determine all the color variations a product comes in may overlook options they would prefer and prematurely abandon a product that could have been suitable.
The solution is that you use swatches to display and select color variations (not dropdown).
3. Add testimonial - customer reviews
Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
II. PRODUCT PAGE
1. Always show products “in scale”
Provide at least one “In Scale” image/video showing the product relative to the surrounding environment, human models, or other products of known sizes.
For example, you can add some real images of the product inside a kitchen, used by some models, or add a video showing how to use it.
2. Display minimum of 6 reviews by default, with the ability to load more
Users’ reviews are very important in online shopping. To increase conversion rate, it is advised that you have a review section where customers can read true reviews of your products.
And you should display a minimum of 6 reviews by default. A too-short list of reviews prevents exploration and pattern detection.
Furthermore, you can consider using a page builder app with a Shopify theme made for this niche to enhance your store appearance and increase mobile experience for customers. You can check out the following themes Blum, Sense, Dawn…

Hello @Jserey,
Good day! Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
I'm sorry to hear that you've had a lot of visitors to your Shopify store but no sales yet. Here are some tips that may help.
1. Improve your product descriptions
Make sure your product descriptions are clear, concise, and compelling. Highlight the benefits of your products and what sets them apart from similar products on the market.
2. Add high-quality product photos
Use high-quality, professional-looking product photos to showcase your products. Make sure the photos show the products from different angles and in use (if applicable).
3. Offer promotions or discounts: Consider offering a limited-time promotion or discount to encourage visitors to make a purchase. You can also offer free shipping or a free gift with purchase to sweeten the deal.
4. Optimize your website for conversions
Make sure your website is easy to navigate and has a clear call-to-action (such as "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart") on each product page. Use clear and prominent buttons for these calls-to-action.
5. Use social proof
Add customer reviews or testimonials to your website to show that your products are high-quality and worth buying.
6. Drive targeted traffic
Make sure you're driving targeted traffic to your website, meaning people who are interested in your products and likely to make a purchase. Consider using paid advertising, social media marketing, or influencer marketing to reach your target audience.
7. Analyze your website data
Use website analytics to track visitor behavior on your website and identify areas where you can improve. Look for patterns in visitor behavior that may be preventing them from making a purchase, such as a high bounce rate or low time on site.
By implementing these tips, you should be able to improve your chances of making sales on your Shopify store. Good luck!
Gina
