I have paid once for 1$ per month while selecting the basic plan for first three months. It deducted from my account but when I login again it asks me select/extend a plan and payment method and resets a trial period again. What's wrong with it. Can somone support from shopify customer support

Are you able to provide me with a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing when logging in that is telling you to purchase another plan?
