I have recieved defective product from ur end which i tried to get it returned but from ur end no response i think the its fraud the website. Dont trust this site i cant return my product as i have received a defective one
Shopify provides the platform for stores, the products and services are managed by the individual merchants. Have you tried reaching out to the store via their contact details or checking their return policy? If they’re unresponsive, consider reporting the issue to Shopify Support so they can look into it.
