I have started my store about 2 months ago with only 2 sales. About 2,800 visitors.

I have started my store about 2 months ago with only 2 sales and about 2,800 visitors. I have made lots of updates from then and I would greatly appreciate if someone can tell me what's holding my store back from getting sales. My store link is evermassager.com  This store is supposed to be with the self care and relaxation niche.

You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.

Header:
1.Wishlist missing.

2. Social media Icon missing.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1. You can add banner images with a video or various slides also.

2.Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly. 

3.Add sticky add to cart button on home page collection features.
5.If possible, add Instagram feed on the home page.

6.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.

Collection and Product Page:
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout

- Color hover is not functional.

- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features.

Conversion rate optimization strategies:

1. Introduce discount coupons and codes to attract more customers.

2. Time reservation on cart page to decrease the conversion time rate.

3. Upsell and cross sell at various pages to increase average order value.

 

SPEED Optimization:

1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 38 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimised site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.

Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.

1. Freeze the Header

Not only does it highlight important navigation options but it also helps your customers navigate easily, thus driving more engagement.

2. Optimize Product Listing page

  • Product filter: Always allow filtering by price, user ratings, color, etc. I suggest adding more options to this navigation. Take a look at this example:

  • Product category: I suggest grouping related categories to help customers find what they are looking for quickly. It will also be easier for them to make a buying decision!

3. Add Customer Support section

Don't overlook the importance of customer support for your new online store. Being available whenever customers need you the most can help drive more sales to your store.

This is Ellie from BOGOS.io Free gift. Congratulations on launching your store, I can clearly see your dedication in it. I have taken some time look at it, and here are my recommendations for you.

 

1. Store navigation:

  • You can add a prominent "All products" link at the top of your navigation menu so it's easier for customers to access your full catalog. The ‘Shop Now’ link isn't very obvious for this purpose. 
  • Make the announcement bar clickable. You have some sale offers running at the moment, so you can link the texts directly to products to guide your customers. Please see my attached screenshot.

2. Homepage

  • Relevant hero banner: The main banner, its description and CTA should clearly reflect what you're selling. My first impression is that the banner looks like you're selling skincare or oil products instead, so you can consider use images related to massages tools to avoid any confusion. You can also design a dedicated banner for your current promotions to attract the customers. Here is an example:

  • Consistent brand color: Your store have a very nice and calming blue color. If you use it widely across your store, for example for important CTAz like the Add to cart button, it would look neat and professional.

  • Display social proofs: Show reviews prominently on your homepage can really build trust and encourage sales. I notice that you've already had them in product pages, show them in homepage too!
  • Sale labels: Make sure that your sale are visible to the customers. You can change the label into a brighter color, and increase the font size to grab visitors' attention.

3. Product page

  • Include images for variants: If you have many variants, add the detailed images for each of the variants too. So when customers can easily click to see the difference, For example in this product page, I chose the Green variant but the image displayed are the Pink one.

  • Highlighted Add to cart button: Use brighter, primary color for the Add to cart button.
  • Clear pricing promotions: At the moment, it is "Buy 3 get $5 off each" but you can have it like "Buy 3, Save $15" for better clarity. Maybe even use a gift with purchase offer to sweeten the deal.
  • Detailed product descriptions: Provide more specifics about your products. You can add estimated shipping dates, worldwide shipping, specific materials of the products etc. Here's an example of detailed shipping infos that would gain customers' trust.

  •  Suggest related products: Add a You Might Also Like section can also encourage more purchases.

You can add more details, such as brand socials accounts, contact information or trust badges to increase reliability!

Hi brother,

 

 I’m not an expert but i noticed some obvious mistakes:

 

1- website domain is massager but most of your products arent related to massage.

2- store design is too basic, you need some premium elevation. 

which country do you advertise in and what platforms you use ?
