Hi @Rookie_,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Customer Support and Helpdesk Solution for your Start-up

Congratulations on your new store! I can see it is well-designed and has quite enough of essential details. However, if you are having a problem with converting visitors into shoppers, here are a few of my recommendations for a better customer experience:

1. Optimize the hero section

It’s great that you’ve already had a key message that highlights your unique selling proposition. However, I suggest moving it to the hero section image and add a CTA below it.

Try to make the CTA bright and bold to attract more attention! An outstanding CTA button can drive your customers to your Product page, making them stay longer on your site.

Some examples of CTA button can be: Browse more, Buy now, Get 10% off, etc.

Screenshot 2024-07-09 at 15.22.23.png

2. Provide a delivery date

By giving a clear delivery date, for example July 14th - July 16th, you're letting them know exactly what to expect. Therefore, there may be more chances of them proceed the payment

Screenshot 2024-07-09 at 15.21.49.png
A good example looks like this:

3. Add a Live chat widget

I can see that you’ve already added an FAQ and a Contact Us page. However, you can make it even better by adding a Live chat widget.

During a live chat, you can answer questions, address concerns, and even offer personalized recommendations. This can lead to customers adding more items to their cart and spending more overall.

I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free support, FAQ & Helpdesk App. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

Hi there, I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.

Congrats on your new store! The website looks elegant & majestic in general. However, regarding the store design, from my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some suggestions to make the store more stunning and better convert.

1. General

  • Add countdown timer for the announcement bar

I notice that currently you are running on a promotion, but the announcement bar styling & color seem not to attract visitors at their first glance. Also consider adding a countdown timer here for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. Also make it sticky even when scrolling down.

PageFlyKate_0-1720593464423.png

You can take this as a reference:

PageFlyKate_1-1720593502146.png

  • Add footer menu

A footer menu helps users find important links easily, including contact information, legal links, navigation links…, improving the overall navigation and user experience. Also, including relevant links in the footer can help search engines understand the structure of your website, potentially boosting your SEO.

2. Homepage

  • Invest on hero banner

The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. The current banner may cause visitors to confuse in the first 5 seconds what products you are offering. Your current one is a bit confusing as the key products are not highlighted and also no CTA button is included.

Also note to make it above the fold to improve the UX.

  • Improve the first product showcase

The first product showcase on your homepage is a highly important touch point as it would decide whether or not visitors have interest in your products and make a purchase. I recommend you should improve the current showcase:

+) Add an “Explore more” button to allow shoppers to view additional products. This would help reduce bounce rate and allow more chances of getting sales as they can continue to explore other options to their liking.

+) Add secondary hover on image: Instead of a single static image, it would be better to show more how your products are used in real life or unique details/patterns of them, which can increase the likelihood of making a purchase.

PageFlyKate_4-1720593692870.png

  • Add Featured product section

Showcase the best-selling or the featured product of your store on the homepage to catch the visitors attention right away and encourage them to keep exploring.

PageFlyKate_5-1720593748915.png

  • About Us Section

Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.

For example,

PageFlyKate_7-1720593797934.png

3. Product page

  • Use option swatches to display different product variants.

Instead of plain text in the drop down menu, option swatches make your product options more visually appealing, enticing customers to explore and engage with your products.

  • Make ATC button & price information in prominent styling

It's important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, italic, using different color and font size to the price and mouse over state for ATC button to make them more noticeable.

PageFlyKate_8-1720593847969.png

Reference:

PageFlyKate_9-1720593882366.png

  • Add return policy & expected delivery date

You should make the Return Policy with a direct link in the "Buy" section or as a product page section, to minimize the time users spend locating it.

Also, note that you should show the estimated shipping date right on the product page as well.  It allows customers to choose products based on their urgency or timeline, which can lead to more informed and confident buying choices, avoiding the bouncing rate when they reach the checkout page.

PageFlyKate_10-1720593912127.png

That’s all of my feedback. Hope it will enhance your website's look and help you grow sales. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!

Cheers,

Kate | PageFly Team

Hi @Rookie_ Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns about the lack of sales conversions on your site. I understand how frustrating this can be, and I’m here to help you identify potential solutions.

Analysis and Recommendations:

  • User Experience (UX) Review
    • Ensure your website is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
    • Optimize loading speed to reduce bounce rates.
    • Implement a clear and compelling call-to-action (CTA) on each page.
  • Product Pages
    • Include high-quality images and detailed descriptions.
    • Add customer reviews and testimonials to build trust.
  • Checkout Process
    • Simplify the checkout process to reduce cart abandonment.
    • Offer multiple payment options for convenience.
  • Marketing and Promotions
  • Use social proof and urgency tactics, such as limited-time offers.
  • Use retargeting ads to bring back visitors who left without purchasing.

How Discounting Can Help?

One effective strategy to boost conversions is to use discount incentives. I recommend installing the Coupon Discount on Cart app from Shopify. Here’s how it can assist:

  • Display available discounts directly on the cart page, ensuring customers are aware of savings before they check out. This visibility can encourage customers to complete their purchases.
  • Highlight limited-time coupons or special offers to create a sense of urgency, prompting quicker buying decisions.
  • Simplifies the process of applying discounts, making it more user-friendly and reducing friction at checkout.
  • Tailor discounts to specific products or cart values, encouraging customers to increase their cart size to qualify for better deals.

I hope these insights prove valuable to you. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or have any questions. Thank you once again for your trust and consideration.

Best regards,

Ina
