I've had my store open for a few days. I'm at 304 visitors with no sales. I don't expect to have sales this early or for my store to go to the moon right away. I'm just looking for any tips on how to improve my store.
Hey man saw your post yeah it has wonderful products on the site, it just needs to be redesigned. I'd love to have my team redesign the site for ya for free, in exchange for a partnership! Meaning only if you make sales we get paid!

Hi @Ccbiscamp , thank you for posting here!
There were a bit too many pop-ups for my liking. It distracted me from even navigating through the store as freely as I would normally like. I’d suggest you reduce the frequency or quantity of these pop ups. Another suggestion is to divide the products into categories based on how new they are, whether they are handheld or not, global best sellers, etc
Hi @Ccbiscamp,

Thank you for sharing your store, subtlequotes.com. It’s clear that you’ve put a lot of effort into creating a polished look and feel for your site. I took a look through your store, and here are a few suggestions that might help improve your conversion rate:
1. Homepage
- Sticky Menu Bar: Consider making the menu bar sticky, so it remains visible as visitors scroll down the page. This helps with easy navigation and keeps the options available at all times.
- The product images don't seem fully visible, which can negatively impact the user experience. Ensure they are fully displayed for better visual appeal.
Product Listing Page
2. Product listing page
- Filters: It might be helpful to display filters next to the product listings. This makes it easier for customers to navigate through your products without scrolling back and forth.
- Image Visibility: The feature images on the listing pages are cut off, which could be frustrating for customers. Full product views create a better first impression.
Product Detail Page
3. Product details page
- Rating Colors: Consider using a more distinct color for ratings to make them stand out and attract more attention.
- Sold Out Items: A large number of sold-out items can discourage customers. If they can't purchase right away, consider hiding those items or using a "Back in Stock" notification feature.
4. Footer Section
- Add a footer with links to important sections such as FAQs, contact information, social media links, and policies. This improves site credibility and makes navigation easier for users at the bottom of the page.
I hope these small changes could help improve the user experience and potentially boost conversions.
If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a 'LIKE' or marking it as a 'SOLUTION'. 😊
Best regards,
Tracy

Hi @Ccbiscamp
I've taken a close look at your store, Nostalgia Labs, and understand you're seeking advice to improve it after 304 visitors without any sales. It's great that you're proactively seeking feedback early on. Let's delve into some key areas that could enhance your store's performance.
Your homepage serves as the first impression for many visitors. Ensure it clearly conveys your brand's identity and value proposition. Highlight any unique products or collections, and consider adding sections like 'New Arrivals' or 'Best Sellers' to guide customers. A clear and compelling call-to-action (CTA) can direct visitors towards making a purchase.
High-quality images and engaging product descriptions are crucial. Ensure your photos are clear and professional, and your descriptions not only list features but also highlight the benefits and unique aspects of each product. This approach helps customers understand the value and relevance of your products to their needs.
Building trust is essential, especially for new stores. Incorporate customer testimonials and reviews to provide social proof. Displaying trust badges, clear contact information, and detailed policies (shipping, returns, etc.) can also reassure potential buyers of your store's credibility.
Ensure your store is easy to navigate. A well-structured menu, intuitive layout, and efficient search functionality can significantly enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, optimizing your site for mobile devices is crucial, as a significant portion of users shop via smartphones.
Understanding where your visitors are coming from can provide insights into their behavior. Utilize tools like Google Analytics to assess your traffic sources and determine if you're attracting the right audience. This analysis can help you refine your marketing strategies to target potential customers more effectively.
A complicated or lengthy checkout process can deter customers. Ensure your checkout is streamlined, offers multiple payment options, and doesn't require account creation unless necessary. Transparency about shipping costs and delivery times can also prevent cart abandonment.
By focusing on these areas, you can enhance the user experience and increase the likelihood of converting visitors into customers. Remember, continuous testing and optimization are key. If you need any other assistance, feel free to ask, and I will try my best to support you.
Best regards,
Daisy.
