Hello I’m Crystal with C&R Boutique here @cnrboutique. I’m getting no sales and little to no visitors to my site on daily basis. Our store has been open on Shopify now over a year, I’m not sure if it is our website  that is not appealing, or very functional for our customers to use, or if we need to run ads and post more on social media.  Someone please help we are not bringing in any income…and we are finding it hard to keep our Shopify doors  open. This is  dream of ours that we don’t want to let go down the drain! Could someone please view my site and tell me what I need to do!!!

Thanks,

Crystal

  • Your store is missing legal page, example: Contact us(current page take you to search page), Shipping & Return policy, Privacy policy, Terms of Service.
  • Recommend add links for your banner
  • You must add sizing guide for your items
  • Add reviews for your products

Ok great thanks for your feedback. When I set up my website I completed
all of those pages but I’m not sure where they went and how to locate them
do that so I can make them visible to my customers.

You can add those page to a menu and then publish it on your footer.

Hi, I think adding below information may help.

1. Adding size detail and model measurement for reference. I noticed that you've put the size the model is wearing on the description, but it is still very difficult to tell the size without knowing the measurement of the model.

2. Provide some information about the fabric. Currently some products already have the fabric written on the title, but some doesn't have any at all. If the fabric has a unique texture you may also provide a picture to show that detail to the customers.

3. The current Contact Us button on the menu is leading to search function. It need to be fixed.

Hello @CryRat,

This is flareAI - Generating Sales from Google Search, on Autopilot. Helping Shopify merchants in generating $5 million in sales from Google Search.

If my suggestions helps you, please Like and Accept solution to let me know

I would like to give you some suggestions regarding your store here.

1. Add favicon to help visitors locate your page easier when they have multiple tabs open. Also it will add overall branding consistency and their absence might be seen as unprofessional.
2. Add more detailed product description in product pages. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.

3. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
4. Add a Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
Currently the menu link for Contact Us is redirecting to https://cnrboutique.com/search. Also display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
5. Testimonials are a good way to increase the trust and will influence the purchasing decision. Also, provide the customers' full name, and profile photo of them to add authenticity and credibility.
6. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
7. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
8. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
9. Add sorting feature in collection pages for changing the order of any product listing whereby users can choose which criteria they want the products to be listed by.
10. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
11. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.

When your customers search on Google, your product can be found only if Google has indexed the page. Your customers trust Google Search more than Ads. flareAI works every day for you, tapping into Google Search and 20+ of world's best & biggest free sales channels. Sit back, relax.

Also, I did a https://flareai.co Instant FOG on your store. Customers searching on Google are only able to find 23% of your site. The remaining 77% is missing from Google.

Hi @CryRat ,
Hi, I just checked your website. It looks very nice. You can use OOMaster to examine the website and complete the basic construction.

Selling products on the website is one of the most popular business modes right now. We should think about the following questions and see if we can improve the sales from the aspects below.

1. Demand
Doing customer research to figure out what the customers needs are, what are the attitudes of the customers. Also, your competitors’ sales and revenue, their customers’ comments. It’s common that people believe what they are doing is Blue Ocean Market, less people think about this issue in customers’ perspective.

2. Platform
You‘ve already selected Shopify as the platform to sell your products. You also need to think about how this works on platforms like eBay, Amazon and other platforms.

In fact, e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay will help sellers to bring some traffic, but there is no traffic at all on the Shopify platform. You have to do it by yourself. Think comprehensively about whether you decide to sell your product on e-commerce platforms.

3. Traffic
Since the Shopify platform has no traffic, we need to obtain traffic from third-party channels. You can try posting some advertisements on social media to see how much the conversion rate of the entire traffic to the website is, use the data analysis strategies to see if it’s suitable for large-scale advertising. Make sure a small-scale trial launch must be carried out before launching the large one.

You can also post some content or product information on forums and other places to increase customer exposure and give more consumers opportunities to pay attention to your products.

4. Conversion
Once you have traffic, you’d better consider the issue of conversion rate. It’s recommended that you can refer to those websites that sell better, and use some pop-up and chat function modules to help companies boost conversion.

In short: advertising must be tried on a small scale first. Adding some conversion plug-ins to the website can effectively improve the conversion rate.

Besides, our product QuickCEP, a really cost-effective, useful marketing app. It helps you do all-round marketing automation with professional advice, build your customer data platform , and it also has chatbot function, which means you don't need to pay for Tidio, Omnisend, Klaviyo any more.
