I need help with my Third Party theme - some elements not mobile responsive

Hi,

I have downloaded a third-party theme - Called Ella - and some of its features with banners do not work on mobile! I wonder if I can make it responsive or else be able to hide those sections, create other section that works well on mobile - and hide that section from desktop - like you can do it with Wordpress.
