Hi @priorityshops,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.

1. Tab Display:

Change the tab display to show your domain store name instead of the entire website link. This will help users easily identify your website among multiple tabs.

This is what I mention:

2. Hero Section:

Revamp the hero section to include a high-quality hero banner that clearly shows what your store is selling at first glance. Add a more appealing description to highlight your store's unique selling points, encouraging customers to stay and explore more.

Here is an example for you:

3. Product Collection Section:

Introduce a product collection section below the hero banner to provide an overview of your product lines. Even if you have a few products now, this section will be crucial as you expand, allowing customers to easily find and choose products.

You can follow this example:

4. Recommended by Us Section:

Rename the "Know About Us" section to "Recommended by Us" to feature specific products you want to highlight on the homepage, drawing customer attention and boosting sales.

5. Promotion Section:

Include a time-sensitive element in the promotion section to encourage customers to take advantage of the offer. The current description lacks emphasis, so customers might overlook it.

This is the section I mention:

6. About Us Section:

Add an "About Us" section directly on the homepage. This allows customers to learn more about you without navigating to a different page. Include a CTA button to direct them to the full About Us page, increasing engagement time on your site.

7. Remove Unnecessary Sections:

Remove any sections that do not showcase products, as the homepage should not display content meant for product pages.

This is the section I mention about:

8. Link Auditing:

Audit all links on the homepage to ensure none lead to a 404 error page. This will prevent customer confusion and improve their experience on your site.

This link is directed to a 404 page:

9. FAQ and Contact Us Sections:

Consider removing the FAQ and Contact Us sections from the homepage, as you already have (or should add) dedicated pages for these. This keeps the homepage focused and uncluttered.

10. Footer:

Revamp the footer to include your store contact information, reinforcing your store's legitimacy. Also, include a sitemap for easier navigation instead of just resource links.

Here is an example for you:

11. Product Descriptions:

Divide product descriptions into sections so customers can easily read the specific content they are interested in without extensive scrolling.

You can follow this example:

12. Contact Us Page and Widget:

Add a dedicated Contact Us page and include a widget for customers to send inquiries or engage in live chat for quick resolutions.

Hi @priorityshops,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm Tracy from BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals.

After taking a look at your website and I must say that it looks fantastic, well-designed and bring aesthetic vibe to customers with the diversity of skin products. That's really impressive. However, there are several areas where improvements could be made to enhance the user experience and potentially increase conversion rates.

1. The pop-up of sales: It seems that the pop-up doesn't show instantly when I first come to your website => not many people can stay long enough to see the promotion code. Noticing the promotion code right after coming to your page will encourage customers to stay longer and make a purchase.

2. Product detail page: The product descriptions are informative, but additional images from different angles, short videos demonstrating product use, and before-and-after photos where applicable. This can help customers visualize the product's benefits. Besides, I noticed that the current product carousel can't be used, when I click on the arrow, it doesn't work. Besides, despite the model's images look clean and attractive, the key image of your products doesn't look like that.

3. Filters on the Product detail page: While the site is easy to navigate, adding more filters and sorting options can improve the shopping experience (For example: filters for skin type, and product benefits)

4. Product review section: Adding a product review section with images to the product page will provide customers with more insights into your products and encourage customers to make purchases.

5. Recommended Shopify apps to boost sales for your store:
- Customer Review Apps: LAI product review or Judge.me can encourage customers to leave reviews and help showcase social proof.
- Loyalty app: BON Loyalty app can turn your visitors into loyal customers through is ultimate rewards system.
- Buy-one-get-one app: BOGOS app can encourage customers to buy more products from your store.

6. Start a Blog to Boost Organic Traffic: It would be great if you can launch a blog focused on skincare tips, ingredient benefits, and customer stories. Regularly publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content, such as how-to guides, seasonal skincare advice, and product spotlights which can help you gain your organic traffic.

I hope these suggestions will help your business. Good luck!

Good luck and I wish you all the best!

Hi @priorityshops

I checked out your store, and I totally get how frustrating it is to invest time and money but not see any sales yet. Let’s break this down step by step to figure out what might be going wrong and how to fix it.

1. Store Design & First Impressions

When someone lands on your store, they need to feel confident and trust your brand right away. A few things to check:

  • Homepage: Make sure it’s clear what you’re selling. If visitors have to guess, they’ll leave.
  • Product Images: High-quality, professional-looking images help a lot. Are your images sharp, well-lit, and professional?
  • Trust Signals: Do you have reviews, testimonials, or any social proof? Adding trust badges, a secure checkout icon, and a refund policy helps build trust.

2. Product Pricing & Offers

  • Compare your prices with competitors. If they are too high without a strong value proposition, people won’t buy.
  • If your products are on the expensive side, are you explaining why they’re worth it?
  • Offering a limited-time discount or a first-time buyer code can push hesitant visitors to buy.

3. Traffic & Marketing Strategy

Spending money on ads doesn't always guarantee sales. Let’s check:

  • Where is your traffic coming from? Check your Shopify analytics to see if visitors are coming from Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
  • Are you targeting the right audience? If your ads are getting clicks but no purchases, you might be attracting the wrong people.
  • Website Engagement: If people leave right away (high bounce rate), something is turning them off. Check your store’s loading speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall design.

4. Checkout Process

  • Are there any unnecessary steps in the checkout process?
  • Do you offer multiple payment options? Some customers prefer PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.
  • Try doing a test purchase to see if everything works smoothly.

Next Steps for You:

  1. Check Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to understand where your traffic is coming from and why they are leaving.
  2. Consider improving product descriptions, images, and adding trust-building elements.
  3. Run a small test: Try organic marketing (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest) instead of just paid ads.
  4. Get feedback from real people—ask friends or potential customers what they think about your store.

If you need any other assistance, feel free to ask, and I will try my best to support you.
Best regards,
Daisy.
