Thanks for the quick response.
It looks like your online store has Password protection for the storefront enabled. You can Remove the password protection for the storefront or edit the password protection for your online store by navigating to Online store > Preferences. You should see an area titled Password Protection, I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
With that being said, you can choose to share the storefront password to allow us to explore the online store and provide feedback.
