I'd love some constructive feedback. I only have the single product as of right now, but there will be additional products in the new year. I realize there are limitations to only having one product to build SEO and content around, but I thought feedback would be helpful nonetheless. 

I haven't done any paid ads or much social media, so web traffic is largely due to in-person events. Any cost-effective ways to boost searchability or visits would be helpful as well. Thanks!

Your site has a clean design, which is great for user experience. I would maybe change up the font and go for something that looks more polished. Since you have just one product, consider telling a compelling story around it, emphasizing its unique features and benefits. What made you decide to start this business? What pain points did it address? The more personal, the more relatable. Adding customer testimonials will build trust, and with Gameball, you can reward customers for leaving reviews and sharing their experiences on social media, enhancing engagement.

 

For searchability, optimize your product description with relevant keywords, and think about starting a blog related to your niche to attract more organic traffic.

Congrats on your new store! The website is informative & I had a good experience exploring it. However, regarding the store design, from my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some suggestions to make the store more stunning and better convert.

 

1. Homepage

  • Add announcement bar with countdown timer and make it sticky

I notice that currently you are running on a promotion, you can consider adding a countdown timer as an announcement bar for limited-time offers to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. Also it’s important to make it sticky even when scrolling down to keep reminding visitors about the promotion.

  • Invest more on the hero banner

The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. The current banner doesn’t really stand out from other sections on the homepage. The Call To Action (CTA) button is placed at the right corner and can not catch visitors' attention also. Consider adding the heading, paragraph into the hero banner and make the CTA button center.

  • Make the styling of font more reasonable

Improve the styling of the font throughout your store. Highlight the title of each section and key things on purpose, instead of all the text.

  • About Us Section

Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.

  • Testimonials section

Testimonials are an important touch point especially with first time visitors. I understand your store is new but you still should consider adding a section on your product page to showcase them. Remember to add customer avatars & star rating to increase authenticity to testimonials and the chance to convert.

2. Product page

  • Make Add to cart button & price information in prominent styling

It's important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, italic, using different color and font size to the price and mouse over state for ATC button to make them more noticeable.

  • Add a sticky add to cart button to product page

A sticky Add to cart (ATC) button remains visible on the screen as users scroll through product details, images, and reviews. This reduces friction and ensures the call-to-action is always accessible, making it easier for shoppers to make a purchase decision without having to scroll back up.

  • Optimize product description display

Your current product description is very lengthy & text-heavy. Consider compressing it into accordions / content tab (collapsible content tabs) so that your product pages look better-structured & the shoppers' experience is enhanced.

  • Add more product images: Show more how your products are used in real life or unique details/patterns of them, which can increase the likelihood of making a purchase.

4. Educational Section: Create a short section with a graphic that highlights how Knuklball targets specific muscle areas. This could be accompanied by a “Learn More” link to a more detailed explanation.

 

5. Revise Product Section in your HomePage: You can change your product showcase section to make it better clarity in term of visual.

  • Call-to-Action: Add a subtle CTA within the section, such as “Shop Now” or “See How It Works,” to direct users toward purchasing or learning more about the product.

 

 

6. Add Live Chat Support for your store

 

I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases
