How did you qualify your winning products? And what marketing do you have set up?

I have a couple suggestions that I hope can help. I also hope this doesn't come across too strong:

1. Your website is pretty empty. Go to a website of a store you've bought from before and you might understand what I mean. You have some random products on your homepage and not much else. Add a banner image, maybe some different collections, some blog posts, something else. Fill it out more.

2. I can tell you used AI for your about us ( the asterix's are a dead giveaway ) so it comes off incredibly inauthentic.

3. There is nothing here that makes me trust your website. Look into ways to gain customer trust. Some folks use trust badges and other things like that. I am not a fan of those but I know many say they work.

4. Maybe reconsider the tech niche. This type of stuff is what people buy from Ama-zon and Wal-mart, not some random website they have never seen before.

5. Final thought: What are you doing for marketing? 11 visitors tells me you aren't actively marketing or you REALLY need to reconsider how you are marketing. I see the community has a marketing webinar today, maybe check that out. Or look for blog posts that talk about marketing.

I hope this is at all helpful and that you see some more sales in the future!

Hey there @AnimeShockz here are a few suggestions I think you would find very helpful.

1) Add some colors to the homepage. The background really looks boring and uninspiring at the moment.

2) Rather than having a “recommended” section try putting in sections for latest arrivals and the best selling products you’ve introduced into your store.

3) Add higher quality images into the store maybe including actual people using the products in question. That could prove to be a bit more motivating.

I hope you find these useful and I wish you the best of luck!

Hi @AnimeShockz

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder app. You should implement multiple strategies to keep your shop growing.

Below are some suggestions that I could give to help you improve your stores.

SEO & ADS

1) Implement ads strategically

Regarding paid advertising tips, some people might advocate solely for ads, while others suggest that developing a long-term and consistent brand is the better path. In my opinion, combining both ads and brand building is an excellent strategy. Here are some recommendations:

  • Initiate with Ads: Ads are an effective and fast way to spread awareness of your brand, especially when you are new to the market. It’s important to focus on the time frame, set an appropriate period for your campaigns, and test various products/designs to identify the winners.
  • Leverage Other Marketing Tactics: Once you have some winning items, shift some focus to long-term strategies. Consider investing time in producing engaging content like blog posts, SEO-optimized articles, lookbooks, and active social media engagement.
  • Promote Winning Products with Ads: Continue to make ads for your best-selling designs to sustain momentum and increase visibility.

2) Define Your Target Audience and Content Themes

You are selling fashion items. Hence, it is important to focus on producing content that can attract organic traffic and turn them into sales.

Modern search engines prioritize content that's valuable and trustworthy. Google will rank your content higher if it finds it informative and relevant to your audience.

Here are some suggestions to help you plan and produce content that resonates:

  • Craft Clear Audience Personas: When creating content, focus on serving your target audience. Develop detailed profiles of your ideal audience members, considering their interests and needs. These personas will guide you towards creating insightful and helpful content.
  • Identify Core Themes: Research your competitors or use an AI tool to find important keywords related to your niche. These core keywords represent broader themes that might target audiences who are already familiar with your offerings.
  • Expand Your Keyword List: Based on the core themes, research additional keywords that people within your target audience might search for. These keywords might not directly relate to your specific offerings but should still be relevant to your overall niche.

STORE DESIGN

1) Optimize your home page

Reorganizing your homepage to match visitor behavior is crucial. Although different niches have unique touch points, you can follow this general flow:

  • Hero banner: Generate a strong first impression. While you have a good video for the hero section, you can further improve the message.
  • Benefits bar: Offer added value besides the main products. Consider moving your benefits bar higher on the page.
  • Product sections: Satisfy customer needs by displaying your items in various ways.
  • Promotion section: Provide more value and leverage FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out).
  • Testimonials: Increase trust through customer testimonials.
  • Brand section: Showcase more about your brand and connect with your customers through a newsletter.

Hope my opinions can help you in your journey.

Hi @AnimeShockz

I took a close look at your situation, and I see two different cases here—one store that usually converts at a steady rate but had an unusual drop in conversions today, and another store struggling to get any traction at all. Let’s go through each case separately and get to the root of the issues.

Case 1: Wildwheelies.com – Drop in Conversions Despite Traffic

Since your usual conversion rate is around 1%, the drop today could be due to a few key reasons:

  1. Technical Glitch or Checkout Issue – Even though you haven’t changed anything in your store’s backend, issues can still pop up unexpectedly. Try running a test purchase yourself or check Shopify’s abandoned checkouts (Settings → Checkout) to see if people are getting stuck at a particular step. Also, visit Shopify’s Status Page to see if there were any platform-wide issues today.

  2. Traffic Quality Change – If you had an unusual spike in traffic but lower conversions, the new visitors might not be as targeted as usual. Check your analytics (Shopify Analytics → Reports → Sessions by Referrer) to see if traffic sources changed. If you’re running ads, you might have attracted visitors who aren’t really interested in buying.

  3. Payment Issues – Some customers might be trying to purchase but failing due to card declines or unavailable payment methods. You can check Settings → Payments → View Transactions to see if there are any failed payments.

  4. Competitor or External Factor Influence – Did a competitor drop their prices today? Was there a sudden shift in the market? If you’re in an active niche, things like new deals or discounts from competitors could affect your conversions.

Case 2: Supprimium-Tech.com – No Sales and Low Traffic

Your main issue is that 11 visitors in a few months is extremely low. If no one is seeing your store, no one can buy. Here’s where to start:

  1. Traffic Sources – Where Are Your Visitors Coming From?

    • Go to Shopify Analytics → Sessions by Source and check if visitors are coming from direct search, social media, or somewhere else.
    • If most of your traffic is from direct sources, that means you’re not getting enough exposure.
  2. SEO and Visibility – Can People Even Find Your Store?

    • Try searching for your store name + keywords on Google. If you don’t appear, you need to optimize product pages and add more content (blogs, product descriptions with keywords).
    • Set up Google Search Console (https://search.google.com/search-console) to check if your site is indexed.
  3. Marketing – Are You Actively Driving Traffic?

    • If you haven’t been promoting your store on social media, forums, or through ads, that’s a huge problem.
    • Consider Facebook, Google, or TikTok ads (start small, test different creatives).
    • Leverage Reddit, niche forums, and Quora where your audience might hang out.
  4. Product Offer & Trust Factors

    • Check how your product page looks: Does it answer key questions? Does it have clear product descriptions, high-quality images, and strong trust signals (testimonials, FAQs, return policy, etc.)?
    • If your pricing is too high compared to competitors or if you lack urgency (limited stock, special discounts), customers may hesitate to buy.

Final Thoughts

For Wildwheelies.com, check for technical/payment issues and traffic quality changes. For Supprimium-Tech.com, focus on increasing visibility and ensuring your store builds trust.

If you need any other assistance, feel free to ask, and I will try my best to support you.
Best regards,
Daisy.
