Hello @Giannichka! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.
Thank you for reaching out with your question. I’m sorry to hear that your business hasn’t yet reached the expected performance. After exploring your online store, I can see that you’ve invested quite a bit of time into your website. The lack of revenue might be due to various reasons. Below are some suggestions for areas you could improve for your store:
1. User Experience and Design
- My first impression of your store is that there are many product images right on the homepage. However, the layout isn’t very impactful. The black-and-white color scheme doesn’t make your products stand out. You might consider using colors from your logo (purple/pink/blue) to update your website’s interface and make it more appealing.
- There are too many direct links on the homepage, which can reduce the customer experience when viewing your site. Consider adjusting the amount of information on each page, especially on the homepage, to avoid overwhelming customers with too much information. For instance, there are at least four currency selection buttons on your website. The currency selector here is not working well as well, as it applies the default currency 'Euro pound' for all markets, including the US.
- The hero banner has low-quality images. Consider using .webp format and compressing the images to optimize their display quality.
- Consider using modern, sans-serif fonts with rounded edges, such as Inter, Jam Baijuree, or Lexend, instead of serif fonts, which can give a slightly “outdated” feel.
- Some lingerine stores you can take a look for some inspiration: https://www.bluebella.com/, https://www.victoriassecret.com/
2. Product Page
- Add a rating section for products so that customers have additional information before purchasing. You can also import customer reviews from other platforms like Instagram, TikTok Shop, or Meta Market.
3. Traffic and Targeting
- Are you running ads on any platforms? If so, review your ad’s target audience to ensure the audience segment isn’t too broad or generic. For effective conversion, your target audience should be as detailed as possible. If you’re not yet running ads, try setting up a small campaign on the platform where you have the most followers or traffic.
4. Motivation
- Sometimes, if your business is new, you need to offer something to encourage customers to place their first order. A simple method is offering discounts. You could try running campaigns for new customers, such as a 10% discount on the first order or free shipping.
- Another option is to set up a loyalty program. Customers earn points for purchases, which they can later exchange for discount codes. BON Loyalty is a loyalty program app you might consider, with a free plan suitable for small to medium-sized businesses.
This approach should help you evaluate and make changes that encourage visitors to convert into customers. Good luck!

Hey Giannichka!
Heddy from Gameball: Loyalty Program & VIP here!
I checked out your shop, and it’s clear you’ve put in a lot of effort. Since you’ve only made one sale in nearly a year, it sounds like there might be some key areas to focus on for improvement.
First, take a close look at your product descriptions. Are they clear, engaging, and highlighting the benefits of your products? High-quality images are essential too, as they can significantly impact a customer’s decision to buy. Make sure your website is easy to navigate and that the checkout process is smooth and straightforward.
Consider your marketing strategy. If you haven’t already, think about leveraging social media more actively to reach a wider audience. Engaging content, promotions, and collaborations with influencers in your niche can help generate interest. You might also want to explore running targeted ads to attract potential customers.
It’s also important to build trust. Adding testimonials or reviews can reassure new visitors about the quality of your products. Gameball can help here by encouraging customers to leave reviews and engage with your brand, which boosts credibility.
I hope these tips help you on your journey to increasing sales! Let me know if you need more specific advice.

Hi @Giannichka, it can be tough to get momentum at first, but with a few targeted strategies, you can improve your shop's visibility and attract more customers. Here are some suggestions to help increase your sales:
- Optimize your product listings: Make sure each product has high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and clear benefits. You should include keywords in product titles and descriptions to improve your SEO ranking on search engines.
- Use social media marketing: You should build an online presence by creating content related to your products on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest. Moreover, you can consider using paid ads to reach a broader audience.
- Offer discounts or free Shipping: Discounts, free shipping, or even a small gift with a purchase can encourage visitors to buy.
- Collect and showcase reviews: Positive reviews build trust. If you don’t have many reviews yet, reach out to past customers, or use apps to help encourage more feedback.
- Analyze and adjust: You can use Shopify analytics to see where people drop off in the buying process. You might find areas to improve, like faster load times, clearer calls to action, or easier navigation.
I hope my feedback is helpful to you. Good luck, and keep pushing forward!
Liz.
