If I want to sell product to only few city, how should i restrict it ?

There has to be provision that if any product i sell I should be able to select particular city or else for same product if we can have dynamic pricing for few cities

Hi, this is only for shipping restrictions, let's say if we have a product
like an installation service where it's not a physical product, in this
kind of product there are no options to select city wise or have dynamic
price as per city.
