image size on mobile and desktop different (mobile version has image cropped out)

I've been trying to solve this issue for a few hours now. I tried adding codes into theme.css base.css. Most of them did nothing but I had this one instance where the image just stretched. This is what I am trying to recreate

I don't have the option. Im using the dawn theme. WHat should I do?
