is 17,000 products in multiple niches with 751+ designs too much?

Is my website too overwhelming? do i need to niche down, downsize? Struggling to make sales. My products are priced similar to competitors that seem to do well. suggestions appreciated.

I dont see an issue with the product count. However I would like to suggest few things to optimize your store.

1. Optimize your navigation.

Your current navigation is too big and distracting. You can optimize this by adding a Mega Menu instead of normal dropdown.

2. Optimize you logo. Make it transparant.

3. Optimize product grid and utilize white space.

4. Optimize product copy [Name / Description]

5. Font of product title is too big on the product page which pushes the main CTA i.e Add to cart to the second fold. Update the layout so that the Atc button is more focused.

6. The three anouncement bar on the header is taking huge space.

7. The first section on the home page has too much of text content. Replace it with a attractive banner/slider.

Hello, I do not think the amount of products is an issue. A few things to consider:

-Try to reorganize the homepage to make it a smoother browsing experience

-It appears you are essentially a POD store, offering designs on a variety of products. I would add some images or text to make that more clear to customers. Otherwise they may question, is this a suitcase store, christmas supplies, or a clothing store? Maybe add an image banner with text along the lines of "Unique Designs, Quality Products!". Subtitle: "Top-Quality Printed Apparel & Merchandise."

-I would either add text to your logo or slightly increase the size and center it on the page.

Thank you! this has helped so much and have implimented these ideas by adding a customized search bar aswell.
