Hi,
I placed an order on Barcilona.com which is powered by Shopify. The product is not shipped, they do not respond to email queries. The number provided on their website does not exist. Let me know how I can get my refund or product? And how I can take legal action is this website powered by Shopify is fake?
Please can someone from Shopify contact me?
Got a doubt about this site and googled and got this thread… its a fake one, not sure why spotify is allowing such scam websites

I can certainly understand that this is not an ideal situation! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, if you are unable to find a tracking number for your order - it would be best to attempt to get in touch with the store that you made the purchase from. However, if you are unable to speak with the business, I would suggest that you bring this to the attention of your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase). They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the order you did not receive.
If you suspect that an online store is operating on the Shopify platform and is in violation of our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy - you can file a report against the merchant here.

As you said " Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves", so after getting so many complaint why don't you block the user. how can you allow to publish such kind of fake website with your brand name..
I faced same issue. They are not responding to my mails .
