SCAMMER! 
This is is a scam. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and this is not registered business. Also, on the website, it doesn’t have an address only a phone number. I noticed that after I paid the company came up under a different name than the one on the website. Apparently she has three different names for this business. I’ve asked her for shipping/tracking number to no success. I have not received any information. All the red flags were there!! I should’ve known better. Now she’s not answering my phone calls, my text messages, or any of my emails. This lady is a fraud and a scammer.

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. Since each business operates independently, it would be best to attempt to reach out to the store owner for more assistance. In this case, if you are unable to get in touch with the business or store owner - I would highly suggest that you speak with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase) and bring this to their attention. They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase you did not receive. 
 
If you suspect that this online store is operating on the Shopify platform and is in violation of our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy - you can file a report against the merchant here.
