I was scammed - I've paid for the picture on https://makeyellowme.com/ and did not get anything back.
I've send 20 emails and I did not get a single answer with a picture from the customer service.
They're scam.
I want a refund but they are not reacting for emails.
I wanted to contact Shopify Support but I can't even send an email cause I have to wait 30 days...
Guys, is that a joke? I've paid over 200$ for the service and its literally impossible to contact with anyone.

I understand that you have placed an order on a store and haven't received anything back. I am sorry to hear about this situation and the experience you have had shopping online.
We usually suggest contacting the store where the order was placed directly, so that they can address your concerns and provide support for your order, however in this case it appears that you have tried this multiple times but they haven't responded. We have some alternative contact methods outlined in this resource here that you can try.
Can you please confirm how long it has been since your order was placed? I appreciate the fact that you would rather not have to wait 30 days before reporting this store, however this waiting period helps to ensure that there is sufficient time for potential issues to be resolved between the merchant and the customer - there can sometimes be potential delays in shipping, order fulfillment, or communication.
If after waiting 30 days you still haven't heard back from the store or received your order, then you can submit a buyer complaint using this online form here. You should then also contact your bank or payment provider to discuss the options available to you for seeking a refund. Many banks have policies in place to help customers when a payment doesn't go as planned. Keep in mind however, that banks tend to have a similar 30 day waiting period before they can help.
