Is the 'Elite Support Team' for online stores legitimate?

Someone claimed to be a member of the Elite Shopify Support Team reached out to me and said to provide me with online trafficking tools that help drives sales. Is this "Elite Shopify Support Team" a real thing because I heard there's a lot of spam around this issue. Also, I didn't hire anyone from shopify but there might be a chance that the shopify plan that I selected provides me with one supporting staff. I just want to ask is this "Elite Shopify Support Team" a real thing?

I had the same happen to me.  It appears to be a scam as the person who claims to be from is reaching out using a gmail email address.
