Is the Email application Broken?

It seems no matter what i do, the Shopify email application has issue after issue, never really working. 

It turns out, that at least 1 of my personal email addresses always bounces back with email campaigns, but the campaign never reports any bounce backs. This email address is working fine and can receive and send emails with no issues so can only be left to believe that this is an issue with Shopify, failing to make what they advertise work... yet again. Absolute garbage. 

How do I know it's not bouncing back half my list? I don't because Shopify, yet again has features that do not work and are harmful to the business. What is going on there? It's an absolute joke!
