Is the email still active for DMCA issues?

We received a false DMCA on our store and have responded to's email more than 10 times and no one is responding!

I can confirm that our email still functions.


We can't check your open support ticket with the Trust and Safety team via the Community Forums here, due to privacy and security reasons. If you've received and replied to the email from our Trust and Safety team however, you can rest assured that the ticket is assigned to and being handled by the most appropriate team member.


I understand your frustration and that getting a response to this matter is urgent, however only our Trust and Safety team are equipped to handle queries of this kind. As they currently only operate via email, the best way to reach the team member working on your case is by responding to the email from our Trust and Safety team.
