Hello, I recently bought kurti from a shopify seller. Now that website or link doesnt exist. I have not received any product or update. Kindly look into the matter and apprehend the culprit.
I'm sure someone from @Shopify can help you out with this, if you have the emails or Order ID, or the shop URL where you made that purchase.
Please feel free to share with them via email or live chat. And they should point out which store it was from and take action if the store was on a paid plan.
Sir, This situation has left a bitter taste in your venture. I, now, doubt the veracity of your firm's existance and claims. I will amplify this experience on social media so people do not face such fraud through your qebsite in future. You are not taking any responsibility for this while you harbour such fraudsters. I am sure I am not the only one and it is a matter of time before this escalates and people see the reality. I have taken all necessary means to resolve this issue but to no avail. The merchant created a false shop through you and duped people of money. You are accountable for this fraud. You allowwd this person on the platform without proper verification and collateral. I hope you apprehend him and report him to the authorities.
