Everyone! I recently saw this and thought it would be a fantastic way to communicate that something is actively moving. Are intelligent labels that can come up automatically possible? My guess is that it is some sort of label that has been cleverly programmed to activate when x number of sales are made within 48 hours. I tried looking at the coding to see if it was anything they added to their image when uploading, but that wasn't the case.

Yes it's possible via theme modification and custom code.
