I have been running my store for a few months now. I have spent money on ads, but nothing seems to be working. I would really appreciate an honest feedback on what I’m doing wrong and what I can do to improve things. My website is omolara.ca

While the current hero banner is visually appealing, consider emphasizing the products more than the model. Opt for a background image that highlights your products and enhance the banner description with detailed unique selling points. This will instantly communicate the uniqueness of your products and encourage customers to explore further. 

 

1.2. Best Sellers Section: 

 

Introduce a brief description for each best-selling product, sharing what makes them unique and the story behind them. This extra detail can captivate customers and add a personal touch to your offerings.

 

Here is an example for you:

1.3. About Us Section:

 

Instead of a separate section, integrate your About Us content directly into the homepage. This will enhance credibility by allowing customers to instantly learn about your business without navigating to a different page.

 

1.4. Testimonials/Reviews:

 

Inclusion of a customer reviews section is crucial in today's market. Customers heavily rely on reviews, so having a dedicated section will enhance your credibility and build trust in your products.

Highlight the numerous benefits of your products in a dedicated section. Persuade customers by showcasing the advantages of choosing your products, reinforcing their decision to make a purchase.

Provide more detailed contact information, including your address and phone number. This not only prevents hesitation in potential buyers but also reinforces the credibility of your business.

 

3. FAQ Page Enhancement:

Consider increasing the font size on your FAQ page for better readability. A larger font ensures easy access to information, enhancing the user experience and instilling confidence in potential customers. This adjustment contributes to a more user-friendly environment, making it easier for buyers to feel informed and comfortable when making a decision. 

 

3.2. Refund Policy 

 

Consider enhancing your refund policy by providing more detailed information. A comprehensive and clear refund policy, including conditions, processing timeframes, and specific procedures, builds trust and confidence among potential buyers. An updated and expanded policy assures customers that their concerns are addressed fairly and transparently. 

 

4. Customer Support: 

 

Ensuring 24/7 customer support is crucial for any store. Presently, I've noticed a limitation in your customer outreach beyond the Contact form, which may contribute to a higher bounce rate.

 

To address this, I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free support, help center, and ticketing system app. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

Here are a few things I noticed about your store:
- A lot of white, I would add some color to draw customers attention

- About Us page looks off, I would center the text and add some more content

-Shop page could use some work as well in terms of design, to make products stand out and entice customers to click and view more (titles are small, and alignment looks off with the border)
