I recently launched my first campaign for my new product. I've gotten about 500 impressions and about 20 clicks but no sales. I know this is not a large enough sample size to make any decisions but I was wondering if anyone could share some feed back on my website design? My website is www.furrifrens.com and the ads I am running have this as the landing page https://furrifrens.com/products/portable-4-in-1-pet-travel-water-drinking-food-feeder-bottle. Is there something wrong with the design of my website that I can fix? I am new to Shopify and still optimizing my pages so any help would be appreciated!
Hi @FurriFrens
Garcia from the landing page builder app PageFly here!
Congratulations on your store! I have some suggestions that might help your store look more professional and increase your conversion rate (CRO).
1. Highlighting prices
Highlighting prices makes them more noticeable to users. Clearly displayed prices reduce the mental effort required for users to find and understand the cost of a product. This can lead to a smoother and more efficient shopping experience.
You can consider adding more effects for the price, such as changing prices text to other colors, increasing the font size, etc. When users can quickly determine if a product fits their budget, they are more likely to proceed with a purchase.
2. Utilize Swatches to Show Differences in Color
When users receive a product that falls short of their expectations based solely on words, the usage of variation text that results in a lack of visual representation may cause confusion or dissatisfaction:
Consider changing it from text to color swatch to increase the conversion rate.
3. Editing product description
We avoid setting up product descriptions too long like that, because it is not good for customers to see and then, will affect the UX and conversion rates.
You can consider minimizing it, or use a drop - down list like this, when a customer clicks there will be pop-up description.
4. Consider to connect social media to your store (e.g: Instagram)
In order to highlight your products and increase sales, you can make shoppable Instagram feeds.
Moreover, adding a shoppable Instagram Shopify is among the finest ways to increase conversion rates. Revenue can rise if customers purchase straight from your Instagram feed.
5. Making use of the holiday
Here are some campaign ideas to help you sell this product during the BFCM period:
And that's my opinion. However, it's important for online retailers to conduct their own user testing and consider best practices to determine what works best for their particular audience and products. Always keeping the user experience in mind is crucial for e-commerce success.
I hope it increases your conversion rate.
Cheers!
