Links in marketing email text not working

Hi.  I manage 20+ Shopify stores and all of them are currently having this issue.  If I build an email to send to my customers the links I add into the text all break immediately.  The process still exists to create the link but and it appears that the link is there, but it is not.  I have attached a video of this happening in one of my stores.  Links work fine in buttons, images and products, but not text.

The customer service links just take you in an infinite loop of nothing (as you all know) so I'm coming here hoping someone knows what is going on.

I am having the same issue today, I'm hoping someone from Shopify can shed some light on why this is happening!

I checked your video, but I can’t see any other problems from the video. I don’t know which email sending software and editing template you are using. If possible, you can change the template to have a look.

I'm having the same issue. the inbuilt links in the template work, but the links i put in the text dont work.

Yeah, just discovered this issue after spending an hour composing an email. This is disappointing. Even more disappointing is that no oe from Shopify has addressed it.

I'm creating an email campaign with links on the image.  When I test the email, the links attached to each image are not working.  Frustrating!
