Hello, I am having trouble getting any sales at all. I market on IG, Facebook, and tiktok which is becoming overwhelming especially doing it alone. Is there something wrong within my store? My website is www.annajevoli.com.
Hello Anna @Annajevoli You should consider adding a few gifs and short clips in the product gallery. It would help showcase your clothes better and make them more appealing.
It would also be a good idea to set up a nice blog page for giving fashion tips and promoting your products even more. This would also help in boosting your SEO rankings.

When I mentioned simplifying the menu, I just meant grouping things a bit differently to make it even easier for visitors to browse. For example, maybe having a dropdown for “Shop All” or combining related items under one category could help. But if your audience is already navigating well, you might not need to change much. Here's an example of H&M's navigation bar:
For the loyalty program, it’s great that you have Smile set up! You could try making it a bit more visible on your homepage, like adding a quick mention of the rewards or points customers can earn. Sometimes just reminding people of the benefits gets them to sign up or engage more. Of course, if you'd like to boost your loyalty program you can try Retargeting too.
