Hi @cealiia,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Add a Favicon Image:
Including a favicon is a small yet effective way to enhance brand awareness. It allows your customers to easily recognize your store among the many tabs they have open while browsing the web.
Here is an example:
2. Highlight Your Unique Selling Points:
The "Inspired by Nordic Design" element should stand out more. Making this unique selling point more prominent will draw attention and encourage users to stay on your website to explore further.
This is the element I mention:
3. Optimize the Promotion Section:
Consider placing your promotion section at the top of your homepage. A slider displaying all promotions in one place, rather than the current three separate sections, would make it more concise and visually appealing. For crucial deals, creating a dedicated section will ensure that customers notice and are motivated to take advantage of these offers.
You can follow this example:
4. Add a Hero Banner:
A hero banner is essential as it is the first contact point between you and your customers. Adding a high-quality image with an appealing description can immediately communicate what you are selling. Including a clear call-to-action (CTA) button will invite customers to explore more, increasing engagement and potentially winning new customers.
Here is an example for you:
5. Include a Product Collection Section:
Adding a product collection section will give your customers an overview of what you are selling, making it easier for them to navigate and find items of interest.
You can display this layout in your homepage:
6. Remove Direct Product Displays from the Homepage:
The homepage is typically meant for guiding customers deeper into your site, rather than displaying individual products. Consider removing these displays to keep your homepage clean and focused on navigation.
This is the sections I mention:
7. Add an "About Us" Section:
An "About Us" section helps to build an emotional connection with your customers by sharing more about you and your store. This can enhance trust, making customers more likely to buy from you.
You can revamp this section. The section on the homepage should be brief, with a CTA button directing visitors to an 'About Us' page to encourage them to explore different sections of your website.
8. Include a "Reviews and Testimonials" Section:
A section dedicated to reviews and testimonials will provide social proof and build trust with potential customers, encouraging them to make a purchase.
9. Revise or Remove Low-Quality Sections:
Consider removing any sections that do not clearly demonstrate their purpose, especially if they have low-quality images, hard-to-read content, or non-functioning buttons. These issues can negatively affect the customer journey and may cause some visitors to leave your site due to confusion.
This is the section I mention:
10. Clarify Section Purpose:
Any sections with unclear purposes should be named appropriately. For example, you could rename a blog section to "Read Our Blogs" to make it clear to customers that it is a blog section.
11. Revamp the Footer:
Your footer should include a sitemap to facilitate easier navigation and contact information to reassure customers that your store is legitimate.
You can follow this example:
12. Improve Product Image Display:
Consider using a slider for product images so that customers don’t have to scroll extensively to view them all. Also, removing images from the product description section would make it more organized and less cluttered.
13. Organize Product Descriptions:
Divide your product descriptions into clear sections. This will make it easier for customers to find the information they are interested in and will make the page look more organized.
Here is an example for you:
14. Add Customer Support Features:
Adding a widget for submitting tickets and live chat conversations, as well as a dedicated FAQ page, can help address customer concerns more efficiently and improve overall customer support.

Hi @cealiia,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty.
After visiting your website, I can see that it follows a Nordic-inspired minimalist design, using a neutral color palette with subtle accents, which creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. Regarding the problem you are facing, I have some suggestions that may help you increase the website conversion rate:
1. Understand Your Audience and Refine Targeting
- Issue: You might be attracting the wrong audience. For example, if you’re selling high-end home decor, but your ads target a broad, cost-conscious audience, they might visit but not purchase.
- Solution: Use data from Google Analytics or Shopify’s analytics to understand who your visitors are. Adjust your ad targeting to focus on demographics that match your ideal customer profile (e.g., age, income, interests). A/B test different ad creatives to see which resonate best with your target audience.
2. Leverage User Behavior Data to Improve Conversion
- Issue: Not understanding where visitors drop off can prevent you from making necessary improvements.
- Solution: Use marketing tools (like Hotjar, Google Analytics) to analyze user behavior on your site. Heatmaps and session recordings can show where users are clicking, where they’re dropping off, and which parts of the site are getting the most attention. Use this data to optimize your site layout, adjust content, and remove any barriers to conversion.
3. Create a Stronger Value Proposition
- Issue: If visitors don’t understand why your product is better than others or why they need it, they won’t purchase.
- Example: A generic statement like “High-quality home decor” isn’t enough to differentiate your brand.
- Solution: Refine your value proposition to clearly communicate what makes your products unique and why they’re worth purchasing. Use the homepage, product pages, and even ads to convey this message consistently. Here are some example for you: "Timeless Nordic Elegance for Your Home", "Elevate Everyday Living with Nordic Design", or "Transform Your Space with Scandinavian Simplicity".
4. Offer Limited-Time Promotions or Discounts
- Issue: Sometimes, customers need an extra nudge to make a purchase.
- Solution: Implement limited-time offers or first-time customer discounts to create a sense of urgency. For example, a pop-up offering a 10% discount for first-time buyers who sign up for your newsletter can incentivize purchases.
5. Refine Pricing Strategy
- Issue: Pricing may not align with customer expectations. If your prices are too high compared to competitors, or if customers don’t see the value for the price, they won’t buy.
- Example: If similar products are available elsewhere at lower prices, visitors might leave your site to purchase from a competitor.
- Solution: Conduct a competitive analysis to see how your pricing compares to similar products. Consider offering introductory discounts, bundling products, or creating a pricing strategy that highlights the value customers are getting. Clearly communicate any unique value propositions that justify your pricing.
Improving your store’s conversion rate is a continuous process, and every small improvement can add up over time. Keep testing different strategies, and don’t be discouraged if it takes a bit of trial and error. Good luck!

Hi @cealiia,
I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App.
Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
Whether you're putting the final touches on your online store or it's already up and running, don't overlook the significance of adding a favicon! It's a small yet crucial detail that can enhance your website's appearance and reinforce your brand.
By including a favicon on your website, you can effectively communicate to your potential customers that they have arrived at your company's page.
You can check this Shopify guide on how to add a favicon - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
A general rule of thumb is that the most effective pop-ups for boosting conversion rates are either shown on a website after 15 seconds have passed or triggered by specific user actions or behaviors.
To enhance the conversion rates of your promotion, a great strategy is to present it when a visitor is about to leave the website, rather than displaying it right at the beginning of their session.
Exit offers occur when a website showcases a pop-up or promotional message as soon as a visitor moves their cursor towards the 'close' button in their browser or when they switch to a different tab.
These offers have been shown to retain approximately 10-15% of visitors who would otherwise exit the site, as they provide an incentive to stay or make a purchase.
Place too many deals everywhere in the beginning of the homepage would make it very distracting for the visitors. You should combine them all into a slideshow announcement bar and put it right above the header.
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website so you need to get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.
Unfortunately, you missed this section and you placed the collection lists on top instead. Please recheck this part.
If you align price information to the left as other information, and align the same kind of information on the same row, I bet this section would look more professional.
Another note for you is that your customers can get a larger view of your products if you reduce the white spacing on the 2 sides of the page.
You should check this section too as it unreasonably takes up too much space
It’s great when you take advantage of every image to showcase your products. However, don’t forget that the quality of your also decides whether the customers want to stay on the website and explore more or skip it.
A crucial element for an online store's homepage is the primary call-to-action button. This button serves as a direct link to the specific page where you want customers to take action, such as a collection or product page.
All the buttons in this slideshow have no link, and the content on the image is hard to be seen and easily overlooked. Thus, you should recheck this part.
And kindly rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.
Remember, building a successful online store takes time and effort. Keep at it, keep learning, and don't be afraid to experiment and refine your approach. Good luck!
And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.
Cheers!
