I don't know what the hell is going on with my shopify shop. from this morning its unable to login and there is no customer service phone number to response.

When did you first notice this issue, or did you receive any error messages in your admin prior to the store going offline? What is the current message you are seeing when you try to login?

Or have you received an email from the accounts team at Shopify? If you have, my advice would be to respond directly to this email with any questions you may have, as they are best equipped to deal with any account queries. Note that sometimes emails will get sent to your junk/spam folder.

However, if you have not received an email, let me know, and I can look into this further for you. -Hank

Hi my Shopify app isn’t working. It hasn’t been working for 2 days it keeps saying “HTTP Error: Response code 423” it won’t let me access my orders or refresh anything please help ASAP

Can I ask if you checked your email account (the email account listed as the store’s) to see if our support team has contacted you? If you have checked that out, and you cannot see any emails from our team about your store, then it is best to contact our support team as soon as possible so we can investigate this for you! For the fastest support, I'd recommend the live chat service here. Could you let me know how you get on? Just so I can be sure this was resolved for you by our team.
