2. About the Free Shipping information

Offering free shipping is a great perk for customers, yet it seems this valuable information might be getting overlooked as it's not prominently displayed. To ensure customers don't miss out, you might want to highlight this offer by featuring it in the announcement bar, replacing the current message there. 

Emphasizing free shipping directly on the product page can significantly influence the buying decision, making it more likely that customers will proceed with their purchase now rather than focusing on potential future benefits.

3. Images on the product page

  • The overall design and layout of your product details are good; however, it lacks images that feature models using the product. Adding such images could enhance the page by providing potential buyers with a better understanding of how the product looks in use or on a person. This can significantly help customers visualize themselves with the product, potentially increasing engagement and the likelihood of a purchase. Consider incorporating images with models to make the product presentation more relatable and appealing.
  • The ingredient information is crucial for skincare products, yet the way it's currently displayed on your page lacks engagement and appeal. To capture the interest of potential customers, consider showcasing the key ingredients in a more compelling manner. Highlighting these ingredients with visually appealing graphics or icons, using bullet points for easy readability, or even incorporating short, informative videos or animations that explain their benefits can make this section much more attractive.   • Beauty care tips: Don’t forget to inform customers about the latest products and techniques, including your new release too!

2. A/B testing on landing pages

 A landing page is where a website visitor becomes a lead or an existing lead engages more deeply with your brand. Running A/B tests is a great way to identify your best design and content features. From there, you can create personalized experiences for customers and turn them into shoppers!

 

3. Customer support pop-up

Your online store does have some message pop-up to chat with your website visitors and offer support as needed. However, these buttons are directing customers to another apps or website.  To increase conversions, I recommend adding live chat bubble right on your product pages — so leads get the information they want in real time!
