Looking for feedback and improvements for my Store

Hello,

Good Day!

We tried everything from top to bottom, it would be a great help if you could help by give us feedbacks to improve our store that brings customers from any aspects (Home Page, Product Page, Marketing Tools, Store Design that aligns with our Niche, Customer Experience, Sales Funnel, Sales Conversion etc.,). We are not sure what's missing since we are new to this, any help would be very great!

This is Richard Nguyen - CRO Expert at PageFly - #1 Advanced Page Builder. Your store is really close to be perfect I gotta say. Everything is so amazing and appealing. I bet you must have put a lot of effort into it. I just have a few comments to give and hope it would make your store even better.

1. Home page.

- Try to have the Add to Cart button and reviews widget every where the product placed, even in a product list on the homepage. That little improvement can be a conversion hacks to your store. And I can see that you haven't used any reviews apps. I suggest you should. Some apps such as Loox, Stamped.io can be very useful

2. Product pages.

- In your product media, you should have more "Feature Callout" images. Like when customer look at your image, they will know what it's gonna be look like if they apply it to their pets. They don't want to read to whole product description.

- About the product description, using plain texts is not what I recommend. Some customers will just look at the product images and then decide to buy the product or not. And it's kinda a waste of you effort. A good and appealing product description can really boost the conversion rate of your product page. I suggest you should you the layout with text and image include in your product description. If the theme doesn't provide you and easy way to do so. You can try our app - PageFly with free plan and design one product page without rely on the theme. I believe it can amaze you easily :D.

- As I see, you haven't used any variant option swatches while it is a very important feature if your product has different color, size or variants in general. In PageFly, we have that feature. It's easy to configure on you product page or any other page type. And it's free. Really hope that you can give it a try. 

- As I said, you should try to use some reviews apps and add it to you product page. Don't underestimate the importance of reviews in term of conversion boosting. 

- Try to have some discount on best seller product and add compare prices to all products. Give it a try and sit back to see you conversion rate thriving.

3. Collection page. 

- As I said, you should have Add to Cart anywhere you placed the product. Some customers just take a quick look to your products and not make a purchase yet. Then when they come back, you will not want to make them click on the product page again and add it to cart.

- Again, please add reviews, option swatches, compare price to your product cards. Customers don't want to have to click on your product pages every time they come to their store to check the product description. You can have it right under or above the price. Don't want to advertise our app to much but PageFly can give you freedom to easily styling all of it 😄

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

Promote your products on social plat forms and provide those social links on the footer section.

Make social links open on new tab.

Hard to access "Taxes and shipping policies" in the checkout page. Below is the reference image.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Hope all is well. I checked your store website and have a few tips and feedback to share.

1. I recommend you to strengthen your social activity on Facebook and Instagram by posting on regularly, and connecting with similar communities as this will increase awareness and publicity of your website and help in having more traffic. Also getting a social media influencer to promote your merchandise is also a good way to get high traffic to your store.

2. Have a featured collection based on your offers, new arrivals, best sellers, etc. This will grab the attention of customers when they browse the homepage itself. Also adding more graphic product labels/stickers like Sale, Fast Selling, Free Shipping can help increase your sales by tapping into powerful psychological triggers such as scarcity, social proof, and urgency. 3. Adding product stickers/trust badges can help increase your sales by tapping into powerful psychological triggers such as scarcity, social proof, and urgency. You can also use animated product labels to grab customer attention by telling a visually appealing story on your product images through animated badges that transform your product details page into a product story page.
