Hi everyone!
I’d love to get your honest feedback on my store: https://patchandbagel.com
We focus on quirky, playful gifts for both individuals and businesses, from custom corporate merchandise to fun home & lifestyle items.
What I’m hoping to understand:
What’s your first impression of the site?
Is anything confusing or off-putting?
Would you trust this store enough to buy or recommend it?
Your input would really mean a lot, thanks so much in advance!

First, in general, you did a great job. A good theme choice, colors, fonts, great images, and enough content. A good amount of collections to easily filter through products. A lot of work put though and it shows.
But I do notice a few things, some are maybe just me, but some you should check out:
On the homepage:
Collection page:
Product page:
Cart page: you have small green Checkout button, with no space under and then 3 huge buttons. Does not look right.
One more good thing is that you have almost all contact/business info available. I could not find the address but that is more then a lot of stores that just leave gmail email. I think more info gives more trust to customers.
You mention B2B, but I did not see much connected, just a mention on Contact page. You should at least have a separate page, form for them, maybe tag them and give them access to quick order table, or something like that in the future.
Good luck with sales, I hope you do marketing also as good as your website. Then you should not have any issues, just be patient.
I have spent some time checking your website and here are my feelings collected below for your reference:
1. What’s your first impression of the site?
Very clean and modern, but the page loading speed is a bit slow and I have to wait for some time until all elements are displayed completely. I guess you may add several plugins on the web pages to make it in a better way, but pay attention to the speed meanwhile, as some visitors may have no enough patience to wait all elements loaded completely, they will directly switch and close.
2. Is anything confusing or off-putting?
The language and currency switcher will block the view on web pages sometimes, need to scroll up or down to see complete contents.
3. Would you trust this store enough to buy or recommend it?
The products on your website are indeed attractive and feel eager to buy, but when searching your website on Google, I fail to see more details about what you sell and cannot find out so many product pictures, I will feel suspicious and hesitate to access and purchase. Definitely recommend this cute and lovely store with my friends, honestly to say!
