I haven't really changed my shopfront for about three years, as I was on maternity leave. I'm really interested to receive some feedback on how easy it is to navigate, how clear it is e.g. if there is too much text etc...

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.
Make a Sticky header for easy navigation.
Add live chatbot for customer support and you can also analyze customer choices.
Mention more contact details to look your store trustworthy.
There are no reviews on your products. Add customer review app to increase your sales.
Make the Logo brighter in the Information page.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

First of all, congratulations on your store, it still looks great even if it's been 3 years. I would love to recommend some updates so you can consider increasing your conversion rates.
1. Make the header sticky
Make the header with menu sticky is proved to be implemented on the online store. This helps buyers to easily navigate the page they want to view and have an overview of your product niche.
Also in this section, for the banner, you can consider having a hero banner, which makes your store looks more professional and more stunning. Don't forget to add a CTA button is this banner.
2. Product list
Looking at this long section, you should consider making 'load more' or pagination instead of this endless scrolling because this part is creating a feeling of no product is more important or special than the others, customers will just keep scrolling to see when does this ends without making any purchase.
For the homepage, in particular, you should only show 3-6 featured products. Save the space to add 'Our story' section, testimonial sections, etc.
3. Add more CTA buttons
My screenshot has some examples of where you should put the add to cart button. Do create more chances for customers to make purchase decisions.

Well, I think your shop looks good for a store that has not been updated for 3 years.
Here are my feedbacks, hope you find them useful.
Product images flickering; when you hover over some of your product images they just keep glitching. Not just this product, caught like 5 - 6 browsing through the store
Some pages are not found. Browsing through your discover section, some links lead to pages not found

- You can display the collection list on the homepage and add 4-5 products in that section.
- Add an announcement bar to highlight important information that you don't want your customers to miss out on.
- You can add a sales motivator bar to encourage people to purchase more.
- You should add a loyalty rewards program to your store. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like on signing up, leaving a review, allowing for push notification, visiting a store, on birthdays, on first purchase, follow/ share on social media. This will help you to entice customers and will increase the number of push subscribers, email subscribers. This will also help you in collecting the review. You can send an in-email review form to your customers. This can be sent automatically.
Integration of loyalty rewards program with web push notification, review, email marketing, and with full automation results in wonders for the eCommerce stores. It will help you in increasing conversions and sales on your store and retain the customers for the long term.
- Make sure to use email marketing automation to reach your customers and enable automatic workflow emails and push to reach your customers.
Overall, your store looks good. All you need to do is maximize customer engagement in your store.
