Hi, I have recently migrated to shopify and was looking for feedback on my store https://www.artisanoliveoilcompany.co.uk/ and in particular any technical (speed, cookies...) that would be worth fixing

Hope you are doing good. I went through your store and here are few tips which you can work on it.

I suggest you to add a nice favicon which gets professional look.

Install a Chatbot so that you can analyze customer choices and also you can help them in solving queries.

There is a Sticky Header which is good but make it further minimum size, as current pattern affecting the main Homepage and products visibility.

Make search field confined to the Header section only, since it opening in new page.

Add ATC button (add to cart) on your products.

Install a nice background theme to grab the customers attention.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions'  before checkout .As it makes easy for the customers to read your terms and policies.

Image quality of your products can be improved further.

If you have any hand made products in your store Consider to sell on Etsy platform. There are Etsy Integration apps in the shopify app store .

- Add an attractive banner image in the first fold of the homepage with a call to action button on it. 

- Add a favicon.

- You need to increase the customer engagement in your store. Your store must be engaging and interactive to want people to purchase form you. If your store is not engaging then it will increases the bounce rate and reduces the retention rate of your store. Add customer engagement tools in your store. 

  • Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, follow or share on social media, on birthdays, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.
  • Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.
  • Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers.
  • Automate your store as much you can to reach and target your customers in real-time.
