Hi all, i am in the soft launch of my online bay store targeted to twins, triplets and families of multiples. I would love some feedback on the store and any suggestions to improve conversions.

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Make the menu options bit bolder on the header section.

Adjust Shop Now(CTA) to the bottom left of hero banner for better banner visibility. As it gives good impression when customer lands on the homepage.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

Make Social links open on new tab.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

There is no customer review option on the products. Install Product review app from the Shopify app store, so that customer can write a review when they purchase any product from your store.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Thank you for sharing and congratulations on your launch.

I just browsed through your store and I must say you have done a good job setting this up.

I like how you set up the main menu navigation making it easy for customers to browse through your collections. I will suggest making the header sticky - this will make it easier for your customers to access the main navigation when they are down the page without necessarily having to scroll all the way up to use the main menu navigation. I hope you get the idea here.

Engagement is key in converting visitors to paying customers, and one of the best ways to do this will be to add a live chat. You want to reach out to your visitors and show that you're ready to answer any question they might have. If you added a live chat that launched after 60 seconds of someone landing on your store that asks, “How can I help you today?”. The idea here is to engage and show your visitors that you're available to answer their questions.

Use color or variant swatches to display product variants on the collections page and product page. Using swatches does not only improve the aesthetics of your collection page, it readily displays all the available variants to your customers and helps promote your products.

Here is an example of a variant swatch used on the collection pages. As customers are browsing through the collection pages, they can easily see all the available options for that product.


On your product page, instead of having the color options as a drop-down, you can also use swatches to display all the available color options.

If you're looking for ways to make it easier for your customers to find the products they want in your store. I will recommend adding advanced filtering and search app to help your customers quickly search & filter for the products they want to lower bounce rates and increase conversion. You have done a very good job with your store design and its very attractive as well. The home page is captivating and to me your audience wont have issues to purchase, getting conversions solely depends on your marketing  the ways you market determines your conversion. I commend you for having a social media presence which is a very good step to take, you can now move to building your brand awareness, getting the right target audience through right promotion to get quality traffic and retargeting audience actions for this to take its full effects, those audience have to know why your beand is the best and why you stand out getting all these done is easy and i am certain it will definitely increase your conversions. I like how you have:

  • Have a clear and CTA button on the banner
  • Sticky header
  • Have secondary hover images
  • Have clear Shipping and Refund information

Besides these things, I have some comments and suggestions for you:

1. Homepage 

Although the sticky header brings an excellent experience to your page, customers don't have to scroll all the way up to visit other pages. However, I find there are extra spaces that should be reduced so it won't cover many areas when scrolling down. So you can consider rescale the logo to improve on the header

2. Add a chatbox and social proof testimonials 

The chatbox will help customers find the right support they need. Customers will feel more engaged in your store. The testimonials and social proof can help you can show how beloved and trustworthy or store is.

3. Provide more Product Images for All Products:
Users heavily rely on a variety of product images to inspect and evaluate products and decide if the product matches what they are seeking, but are sometimes not provided with sufficient visual information.
Always provide no fewer than 3–5 images for all products. For sites with vast product catalogs, focus more on providing sufficient images for the most important, most popular, and best-selling products.

Also, on the product page, we would like to see customer reviews on that exact product and also some matching sets that usually go with the product we are viewing. 

The last thing is I find that the button color and the font size might not be suitable for your niche. For kid fashions, I expect a website with brighter color and funnier font. You can check this demo site for referrals:

Thanks very much for your feedback. Based on this I installed the app and registered for some help but unfortunately haven't received any feedback from the team. The app seems great but is hard to use so some guidance to achieve some of these changes would have been great

I visited your website. your products and web design are very nice. I like them. But I saw something, this may be helpful to get a higher conversion rate:
- add a best seller category
- Add more slide banners. The slide banner with great visuals with your products and the "call to action" button. the slide banners should show the benefits of your products ( you can choose the best sellers to describe), your events, your discounts (Black Friday is coming, right?)



- add realistic product images
- make videos to attract customers and increase time on site
- pop up chat and discount pop up
-  Add reviews for each product (some Shopify review apps can help) and a lower price next to the original one or to attract customers (on both the homepage and the product page)



- And don't forget to add JSON LD to your site to display your reviews on Google search by SEO app. (This SEO app I use 1 year:https://bit.ly/2YxoOYC)
- SEO: your mobile version is not good. Heading tags, Meta tags, keywords are not optimized. To handle this I usually use the above SEO app.
- Add Google Analytics to track customers visiting your site
