Looking for feedback on our shop

Hi Everyone,  

I am looking for feedback on our shop - preemiekidz.com

We understand that we are appealing to a niche market of premature babies, and many of our products may be too small for many babies that are being shopped for. We hope to add larger sizes in time.

Looking at the analytics for last month, we have a sales conversion of 2.53% on mobile and 1.03% on desktop.  We have decent sales on other sales channels, but would love to see shopify sales grow.

We have automated abandoned cart emails that have not yielded any results.  I plan to get a subscription discount popup added or maybe exit intent popup added soon.  No questions that we can fine tune our website and ensure all photos are same size.  We are also looking at other sales channels and social media to drive more traffic.

Please take a look through our website and offer your thoughts on what else we can do to build trust and improve sales conversions.

Add a nice Hero banner with High resolution Images, which grabs the customer attention.

Add chat bot for support and you can also analyze customer choices.

Add few products on the Homepage with ATC(add to cart) Buttons.

Mention more contact details of your store to look trustworthy.

You can also promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store  which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.

Add Blog page,  blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
