Hi! This is my first time posting in this forum. My e-commerce store Summit Pro Rec LLC just opened a few weeks ago. I’ve had quite a bit of traffic ~900 views, many have viewed products and or collections, a few added items to their cart but I have yet to make a single sale. If anyone could take a look at my site and let me know what I can do to urge consumers to buy from my site I would greatly appreciate it!

You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase. In this case, email marketing automation turns a missed opportunity into an opportunity to build a stronger relationship and make a sale.
Make sure you are using email marketing automation to reach your customers. Use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action.
- Add a web push notification - It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be delivered to your customer’s device, mobile/ desktop, even when he is not on your website. It can be used in retargeting with push notifications including browse abandonment, retargeting users abandoning the shopping cart, activating dormant users with offers, retaining users with personalized content, and more.
For conversion, you need to engage your visitors coming to your site. Make your website interactive and increase engagement on your website. This will help you in customer retention.
