Hi, i'm looking for feedback from the community on the website Kanzandmuhul.com. I would love to know your thoughts on the overall design, accessibility and how can we make our conversions better. We started in 2020 and ship Indian spices globally.

Hi there @KanzSpices  welcome to the Shopify community first of all!

Secondly, I have 2 major suggestions I’d make as to how you could boost your conversion rate

1. You should include “best sellers” and “new spicy landings” categories in your homepage to entice customers at first sight

2. You should include personal reviews and testimonials from individuals who have used your product in the past. I believe it would more convincing than the current “featured” section you have there right now.

- Add limited-time offers (e.g. “Free shipping over $50” or “10% off your first order”) as motivators.

c) Educate to convert
Many international shoppers may not be familiar with every spice. Adding quick tips or usage ideas under each product (or a link to “How to Use This”) can reduce hesitation and boost conversions.

3. Loyalty program
I noticed you’re using Smile.io — love to see that! From my experience developing loyalty features, I’ve seen that programs perform best when:

- Customers are reminded of their points at key touchpoints (like during checkout)
- The value of rewards is clearly communicated
- Email engagement (open/click/reward redemption) is tracked and used for re-engagement flows

Would love to hear how your loyalty program is performing! Even something simple like a homepage teaser or points progress bar can nudge return visits.
