It's my honor to give feedback for your new Shopify Store - Iris Trends!

This is my honest feedback for your store:

1. The DAWN THEME is a popular Shopify theme; however, it needs to be customised more to fit your concept and products, as the plain white background makes it look similar to other stores and doesn't showcase what you're selling effectively.

 

2. The hero image doesn't really convey what your store aims to sell to customers. I highly recommend changing the hero image to include the products you offer. Additionally, consider having a different tagline for your store instead of "Browse our latest products.

3. Regarding the product section, to be honest, when I look at your store, I'm unsure what your main product category is. The products seem a bit chaotic and need to be organised in a more logical manner, making it easier for customers to understand and find what they want according to their needs.

4.  I noticed that your store has no logo brand for the searching tab, I highly recommend that you create one to build trust and make your store more trustworthy.

5. You can add more social proof elements with SnapNoti FOMO Vistor Counter like low stock alerts, recent purchase notifications, or a countdown timer, visitor counters to create a sense of urgency and build trust for your new store.
 
I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store and, in turn, increase your conversion rate.

Thanks for sharing your website! I wanted to offer some friendly feedback:

  • The image you’ve used is a bit blurred and doesn’t clearly convey what products you sell. A clearer image might help.

  • The products appear a bit unorganized. Categorizing them by use or scenario could enhance the shopping experience. Also it would be better to show your categories here on the navigation bar.

  • The overall design of the landing page feels quite simple. Highlighting one or two best-selling or most-loved products could draw more attention.

From my experience as a CRO expert, I have some feedback to improve your store as hereby:

 

  1. Homepage
  • The first banner will be the first impression you leave on visitors. The current image is broken, and the text is cut and not fully shown for visitors at the first sight. 
  • -> Make sure users can see all the text without scrolling down will improve customers experience and leav e better first impression.

  • The homepage is not just about showing your products. You can consider add more information that enhance customer trust and branding like trust badge, customer review section, brand positioning, etc. See example:

  • One important element is missing: The powerful Add to Cart button for each product. These button will simplify the customer journey to buy a product: They can add product to their cart without navigating to another page.

  • Adding a budget like “Best seller” can motivate your customers to decide quicker.
  • A well-designed product description section will build up customers' trust, and adding a trust budget can motivate their decision-making. See our examples:

From the perspective of a Product executive, I believe I have some additional suggestions for your store that might be helpful.

1/ Initially, you should clearly define the goal of your website. When a business is new to online sales, the primary aim should be to increase traffic. Once stable traffic is achieved, you can implement promotional tactics to boost sales for your business.

2/ In terms of branding, you are currently using a free Shopify theme and simply adding the products you sell. The website lacks a clear brand identity to convey your brand's message, personality, and characteristics to customers. You could start by updating the hero banner to a more attractive, sales-oriented image with an eye-catching CTA button.

3/ Consider adding shortcuts to direct customers to various pages on your online store, such as Shipping policy, FAQ, Collections, Stories, etc.

4/ While you have clearly presented the products your business is selling, it does not give the luxurious, advanced feel that a professional high-tech product should have. The product promotional images are also quite limited; you should add more close-up images of the product to give customers a better sense of its quality.

5/ Add a Blog section to the website. Your product is quite unique and not clearly categorized, so it would be better if you could add tutorials on how to use the product and the niche products that suit users' needs.
