I’m reaching out for some advice and guidance on how to better market my store, Empire Wardrobe. I have Started in 2022 and sometimes of giving up but have not yet. We specialize in women’s apparel and are currently offering free shipping on all orders for a limited time.

I’m looking for strategies to increase engagement and start more conversations with potential customers, both online and offline. If you have any recommendations on how I can boost brand visibility, drive traffic to our website (empirewardrobe.com), or engage our audience more effectively, I’d love to hear them!

Any tips on social media, email marketing, or even offline tactics would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi @Empirewaredrobe,

I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.

I would like to compliment your website: everything is very well-organized, informative, and overall, it looks neat and clear.

Regarding your question about increasing brand recognition and customer engagement on the store, here are some suggestions for you:

1/ Increase branding through product tags, add your logo to product images, and include the logo in marketing emails: It may sound simple, but I find your logo quite beautiful and creative. You should use it more to remind customers of a specific characteristic of your business.

2/ Product arrangement on the store
I see that your product range is quite diverse, but it’s not yet creating a buying impulse for customers since they have too many options. You could start by reducing the number of products displayed on the homepage, focusing only on showcasing your best sellers on this page. At the same time, consider offering upsell deals, for example, "Buy 2 shirts, get 1 free" or offer a gift for orders that reach a certain value, say, X dollars or more.

3/ Lack of promotional programs
I agree that free shipping is a very attractive incentive, but customers will be more motivated to buy if those promotions apply directly to their products/orders. You might want to consider offering more limited-time promotions to stimulate purchases and create urgency.

4/ Loyalty program
Nothing increases customer interaction with a brand more than a loyalty program. Not only can you develop a loyal customer base, but customers will also receive benefits corresponding to the amount they spend at your store. I highly recommend you try BON Loyalty, a loyalty app that allows you to build a program suitable for the scale and cost of your business.

I hope these suggestions help you find the best solution for your business.

Hello there @Empirewaredrobe firstly, I want to say I’m proud of you for not giving up. It gets really rough sometimes in the e-commerce world but the grind would always overcome.
Firstly, I’d say you get an email marketer who’s proficient and well grounded with clothing marketing techniques and knows how to use apps like Klaviyo. Especially for women’s clothing, mails that reference sales, discounts, etc tend to do well for the store.

Another very underrated medium is Reddit so I’d suggest you either get into some subreddits for women’s clothing and engage and promote your products respectfully or you try and hire somebody to do that.
